Professional Networking Dinner Meeting and Guest Speaker

Meeting topic: Risk Beyond Supply Chain

Guest Speaker: Mr. Ward Wildman

Recent speakers have discussed supply chain risk, but what about elsewhere in your business? Our speaker this month is Mr. Ward Wildman who will be sharing his insight on how our human resources--hiring, training, policies and the like--affect the organization. He will draw from his personal experience of over 33 years in manufacturing management in union and non-union environments as well as labor and employment law to discuss how policies and human resource strategies impact performance and, ultimately, the supply chain.



Mr. Wildman graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, earned his MBA from Xavier University, and more recently completed his Juris Doctorate from Capital Law School with a concentration in Labor & Employment Law. He has worked for several area manufacturing companies in operations management, quality control and lean implementation roles, and is currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Raymath in Troy, Ohio. Ward is using his 33 years of Quality and Operations management experience as well as his educational background to improve the overall efficiency and operations of the company through the implementation of lean principles and employee engagement.
